    添加飛灰之濕砂模對鑄鐵鑄件的影響

    摘  要

    本研究係將飛灰加入濕模砂,探討添加飛灰濕模砂對灰口鑄件品質的影響,研究方法將鑄砂對照組、抗壓強度最佳化組及綜合表現最佳化組混練後,使用搗砂機製作濕砂模,製作完成的濕砂模進行澆鑄,鑄鐵鑄件進行孔隙率試驗、勃氏硬度試驗、拉伸試驗。實驗結果顯示抗壓強度最佳化組鑄件孔隙率與對照組、綜合表現最佳化組鑄件孔隙率相比較分別提升3.7%及3%,綜合表現最佳化組鑄件孔隙率與對照組鑄件孔隙率比較提升0.7%,勃氏硬度方面對照組、綜合表現最佳化組鑄件在B點位置較抗壓強度最佳化組鑄件提升1.7%,對照組、綜合表現最佳化組鑄件在C點位置較抗壓強度最佳化組鑄件提升1.8%,相較於對照組鑄件,抗壓強度最佳化組及綜合表現最佳化組鑄件拉伸強度,分別降低4.4 %及2.2 %,綜合表現最佳化組鑄件拉伸強度與抗壓強度最佳化組鑄件拉伸強度比較提升2.3 %。

    ABSTRACT

    In this research, fly ash was added in the green sand to prepare three group of green sand molds by jolt-squeeze molding machines, in which the effect of green sand mold with adding fly ash mold sand on the quality of gray castings was investigated. The study method was after mixing the cast sand control group, the compressive strength optimization group, and the comprehensive performance optimization group to make the green sand mold by using a jolt molding machine. The prepared green sand molds were used to make the cast iron castings which were subjected to a porosity test, Brinell hardness test, tensile test. The experimental results showed that the porosity of the castings in the compressive strength optimization group was 3.7% and 3% higher than those in the control group and the comprehensive performance optimization group, respectively. The porosity of optimization combination castings increased by 0.7% compared with that of control group castings. The castings of the control group and the comprehensive performance optimization group in the Brinell hardness were increased by 1.7% at the point B compared with the compressive strength optimization group. Compared with the castings of the compressive strength optimization group, the castings of the control group and the comprehensive performance optimization group were increased by 1.8% at point C, but it was respectively reduced by 4.4% and 2.2% as compared to the castings of the control group, the tensile strength of the compressive strength optimization group and the comprehensive performance optimization group. The tensile strength of the castings in the optimized group was improved by 2.3% compared to that of the compressive strength optimized group.
