    高耐熱Al-Fe-Cu 鋁合金接合線開發之研究

    摘 要
    鋁合金線目前作為功率元件等大電流通電用的半導體配線材之用。近年來,航空、汽
    車和深井鑽探應用所需功率要求越來越高,也意味著元件接合面遇到高溫問題。
    本研究主要目的為:開發高純淨度鋁合金線,選用4N以上的純鋁作為基材,搭配鐵
    (0.7%),銅(0.1~0.2%)等元素提升強度及耐熱性。經由鑄錠、擠製、冷抽等步驟可以得到線
    徑0.378 mm之線材,所得性質:破斷強度≧61.73MPa、延伸率≧18%、導電率IACS62%以
    上最適合。

    ABSTRACT
    Abstract
    The aluminum alloy wire is used semiconductor wiring for energizing a large current such
    as a power element currently. In recent years, the requirements ever-increased power for
    aerospace, automotive, and deep well drilling applications, it’s means that the component joint
    faces a high temperature problem.
    The purpose of the study is to develop high-purity aluminum alloy wire, using pure
    aluminum of 4N , add 0.7 wt % Fe , 0.1~0.2 wt % Cu and other alloy elements to enhance
    strength and heat resistance , it's can obtain 0.378 mm wire of through casting, extrusion, cold
    drawing , the suitable properties: fracture ≧ 61.73 MPa, elongation is ≧ 18%, electrical
    conductivity IACS > 62%.
